All personalized book orders commence production upon successful payment authorization. Manufacturing requires 14-42 business days. Expedited shipping options apply exclusively to postal transit duration and do not reduce initial production timeframes.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We exclusively deliver to valid addresses within Canada. International orders cannot be processed or fulfilled at this time.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Customers assume full responsibility for base shipping charges unless superseded by active promotional offers. Special promotions apply solely to standard uninsured ground shipping - priority handling, tracking enhancements, or insurance require separate customer-paid fees.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days post-production
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days post-production
  All timelines exclude customs clearance delays or carrier service interruptions.

5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Changes initiated after production commencement may incur a 50% restocking fee.

6. DAMAGE & LOSS RESPONSIBILITY
Ownership and risk transfer to purchaser upon carrier acceptance. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders exceeding $100 CAD value.
